Refund Information

WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO REFUSE A REFUND:

- if in the refund request you specified a refund method other than the method of depositing funds or paying for the Service

- in case of violation of the requirements of applicable law, the terms of the agreement or the Rules of use of the service, as well as the use of influer.uz for illegal, illegal and prohibited actions, or

- if the reason for the refund is not specified.

TERMS OF REFUND

Refunds are made only if it is impossible to fulfill the order, In other cases, refunds are made at the discretion of influer.uz .

THE PROCEDURE FOR THE REFUND OF FUNDS

The refund is made in the same way as the purchase was made. We always refund funds only according to the payment method by which we received funds from you. For example, if you paid for the Service with a card, the refund is made by canceling the transaction (refund) and, as a result, the refund can only be made to your card. The refund period depends on which payment method was used.

When making a refund, a service fee or a bank/payment system commission may be charged for a refund, which is deducted from the amount to be refunded.
